COVID-19 Travel Information

For decades, those that seek the most scenic destinations in the Ozarks and Missouri have come to The Falls. As the largest, continuously flowing natural waterfall in Missouri, Grand Falls plunges 12 feet down a 163 foot wide ledge of solid chert before crashing into jagged crags and drifting southward in peace. Grand Falls on Shoal Creek flow a few minutes downstream from Wildcat Park.

From I-44 West take Joplin exit 6 (Route 86 South). Go one block to the round-about and exit at the first right) west) onto Glendale Blvd Follow Glendale Blvd approx 1.5 miles. Turn left (south) on Jackson and cross over low-water bridge. Immediately after the bridge, turn right (west) on Riverside Drive and follow for approx. one mile. Grand Falls cascades by your right. Parking at the Falls is limited and unpaved, there are no facilities.
